Personalised support to meet your goals

Why should you book with me?

The  journey of parenthood is filled with unique challenges, joys, and moments of profound connection. It can be a transformative experience that unfolds with each passing day, shaping not only the lives of the you, the parent, but also your little one. Navigating this path requires a blend of resilience, love, and the right support. For many parents, the start to parenthood can be an overwhelming time, you are sleep deprived, healing and you are starting to build a relationship with the baby in your arms. I will help you with breastfeeding problems, provide you with information, reassurance, and support.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I am here to sit beside you and support this transition. This often starts with you learning about your baby and learning together how to breastfeed, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk and making sure that you are both comfortable. These early days can be overwhelming, everything is so new, I invite you to experience the connection that comes with expert guidance tailored just for you. Through our collaborative efforts, you will discover a space to be seen, heard, and feel held, accompanied by the added benefits of my wealth of experience, only up-to-date evidence-based support if offered, and the convenience of in-home consultations with me.

Clients have described my approach as calm, kind, and knowledgeable, fostering a supportive and understanding environment. Endowed with patience and a touch of magic, I provide helpful and practical guidance, empowering parents to navigate their unique breastfeeding journey.

I firmly believe in you, the parents as the experts on your body and your baby, with my support offering personalised, ongoing, and non-judgmental assistance empowering you to navigate your unique breastfeeding journey, it could be the help you need to not only survive this postpartum period, but thrive. I am also a postnatal Doula and I also offer practical support in your home following the birth of your baby.
